At Big P’s Big Heart Foundation, we believe that every student-athlete deserves the opportunity to chase their dreams—both on and off the field. Our scholarship program was created to honor the legacy of Preston Cortez by supporting high school seniors in San Diego County who demonstrate passion, perseverance, and potential. Whether you’re headed to college, trade school, or pursuing another path, our goal is to help remove financial barriers so you can focus on your future.
Scholarship Applications should be submitted by due date : March 30, 2026. To be eligible for a scholarship- you must be a Highschool senior, on track to graduate.
Please include a letter from your Highschool counselor or administration with proof of eligibility.
